The inspiration for this linocut print comes from a beautiful view about half of a mile from my home. Looking out from a small chalk hill, you can see a large sweeping meadow, which leads to Bere Mill and then on to Laverstoke. A summertime scene with pale blue skies and a flock of swallows flying overhead.
 
This Signs of Summer original multi-block print was created using five blocks of lino. As seen in the video some blocks have also been inked using a blend of two colours. Made using a lever press. 
Available as a signed fully mounted limited edition of 12.
